Every Day Simple Ways to Practice Mindfulness: 🌄 Start Your Morning With Intention such as “I will stay calm” or “I will be kind to myself.” Before of reaching for the phone first thing in the morning, take a few deep breaths, say a gratitude prayer & do some stretches 🏞 During the day create several 1 minute breakes to practice Mindful Breathing where you focus only on your breath. Notice the taste, texture, and aroma of your food.
