People often ask me how NLP and ThetaHealing are different — and honestly, the easiest way to explain it is this: They work on different layers of the same system.
Two different ways of creating change (and why I love using both)!
Both support change. Both create shifts. ...but they speak different “languages”. NLP: how the mind makes sense of life NLP looks at how we experience the world — through what we see, hear, and feel. It notices things like: The pictures we replay in our mind The way we talk to ourselves The sensations we carry in the body When these patterns shift, life starts to feel different.
ThetaHealing: where change happens quietly✨️🤍 ThetaHealing works in a much softer way💫 Throught ThetaHealing instead of analysing or talking things through, we enter a deep meditative state — the theta brainwave — where subconscious beliefs can be released at the energetic level. There’s often no big story around it. No effort. No pushing. People often say things like, “I don’t know what happened… I just feel lighter.” ThetaHealing reminds us that not all healing needs words.
NLP is very practical. It helps the mind reorganise itself in a way that feels safe and understandable. Many people love it because they can actually notice what’s changing.
